How We Work
TriNova is not a conventional company with a payroll — it is a partnership. We bring together independent professionals, each an established sole proprietor running their own practice, who choose to work together under one shared Swiss standard. Each specialist works on their own account, chooses their own methods and equipment, is free to serve other clients, and is engaged under an independent services agreement — not a contract of employment. The model is deliberate: it lets us pair an on‑the‑ground Swiss presence on the Riviera with dedicated near‑shore capability hubs, and it places genuine specialists — not job descriptions — at the heart of every engagement.
Each partner contributes their own expertise and remains their own principal; TriNova provides the standards, the platform and the shared brand that hold the work together. Réka Raffai is Founder, Partner and Global Managing Director of TriNova Helvetic Group. She leads the Group’s international operations across hospitality, real estate development and business services, translating strategic priorities into structured plans and coordinated execution.
With more than 14 years of experience in hospitality, restaurants and catering, Réka’s international career spans Budapest, London, Norway and Switzerland. Her background includes experience connected to Zenit Hotel, Le Méridien / Ritz‑Carlton, Michelin‑starred Restaurant Benares and Son Bryggerhus, together with a family background in the catering sector.
At TriNova, her remit encompasses operational and financial planning, hospitality and property operations, regulatory implementation, stakeholder engagement and team organisation. Combining international sector experience with hands‑on executive leadership, Réka connects strategy, people and execution across the Group’s activities.
Réka also drives TriNova’s AI enablement and digital‑first operating model — the capability that sets the Group apart. Under her leadership, TriNova has built applied‑AI capabilities spanning the design and deployment of AI agents, the design and deployment of the Group’s websites, and deep Microsoft 365 expertise creating Power Automate–based workflows that streamline operations end to end.
Key Account Hospitality Operations & AI Enablement Lead
Chaimaa combines more than four years of customer‑service leadership with experience in hospitality, frontline management, coaching and executive support. At TriNova, her remit includes key‑account operations, guest experience, quality assurance, performance reporting and the implementation of AI‑enabled working practices.
Chaimaa Sadki is Key Account Hospitality Operations & AI Enablement Lead at TriNova Helvetic Group. She works across key‑account management, hospitality operations, guest experience, quality assurance, performance reporting and the implementation and optimisation of AI‑enabled workflows.
She brings more than four years of customer‑service leadership experience, with a background in frontline management, team leadership, coaching, performance improvement and customer satisfaction. Her experience includes service as a Customer Service Manager at Humania BPO and work as an Executive Assistant covering communications, document preparation, travel coordination and meeting support.
Chaimaa also has direct hospitality experience from Sofitel Tour Blanche in Casablanca, across reception and restaurant operations. She holds a specialised technician diploma in hotel‑related studies and works in English, French and Arabic.
Key Account Customer Excellence & AI Enablement Specialist
Aymane brings experience in multilingual customer service, incident investigation, CRM‑based case management and cross‑functional issue resolution. Fluent in French, English and Arabic, he supports customer excellence and digitally enabled hospitality operations across TriNova’s key‑account activities.
Aymane Marzouki is a Key Account Customer Excellence & AI Enablement Specialist at TriNova Helvetic Group, supporting outstanding customer experiences and AI‑supported hospitality operations for the Group’s strategic key‑account activities.
He brings experience in customer service, incident investigation, case documentation and cross‑functional problem‑solving. At Amazon he worked as a Customer Service Agent across phone, email and chat, using CRM systems to manage customer cases and supporting new team members in customer‑service practices.
As an interim Last‑Mile Incident Response Specialist, he investigated delivery‑related incidents, reviewed supporting evidence, maintained case records and coordinated with safety, legal and operational stakeholders. His education includes a master’s degree in Moroccan Culture Studies and a bachelor’s degree in English Literature. He is fluent in French, English and Arabic.
Key Account Customer Excellence & AI Enablement Specialist
Marie Ange brings experience across hospitality reception, reservations, purchasing, invoicing, online services and data processing. With qualifications in international commerce and in tourism and hospitality, she supports structured customer service and AI‑enabled operations at TriNova.
Marie Ange Merovalandy is a Key Account Customer Excellence & AI Enablement Specialist at TriNova Helvetic Group, supporting customer experience and AI‑enabled hospitality operations within the Group’s strategic key‑account activities.
Her background spans hospitality, reservations, purchasing, online services and data‑related work. Her hospitality experience includes reception roles at Garden Square Hotel and Louvre Hotel — covering reservations, guest reception and invoicing — and work as a reservation agent managing bookings and OTA platforms.
She holds a Master I and a bachelor’s degree in International Commerce, a higher diploma in Tourism and Hospitality, and a higher technician diploma in International Commerce, and works in French and English.
BPO Services & Hospitality B2B Customer Excellence Specialist
Zakaria brings seven years of hospitality and sales experience, with a background in customer support, Microsoft solutions, B2B prospecting, inside sales and sales‑team management. He supports customer relationships and business development across TriNova’s hospitality and outsourcing services.
Zakaria Hamrass is a BPO Services & Hospitality B2B Customer Excellence Specialist at TriNova Helvetic Group, combining customer‑excellence responsibilities with business‑to‑business development and support across the Group’s hospitality and business‑process‑outsourcing services.
He brings seven years of experience in hospitality and sales, together with customer support, technical solutions, business development and team management. His earlier career includes a Reception Officer role at DP World in the United Arab Emirates. At Concentrix he worked on a Microsoft project as a customer adviser and licensing‑certified product specialist, promoting cloud and security solutions to small and medium‑sized businesses.
He subsequently served as Sales Manager at Boston Unisoft Technologies, leading a team of 21 sales agents, and later worked in inside sales and support at Foundever. He works in English, French and Arabic.
