How We Work
TriNova is built on committed, long-term private capital. Behind the group stand investors who fund in decades, not cycles — backing that lets TriNova steward a portfolio of more than 40 properties, in excess of EUR 50 million and growing, and carry development projects through their full life-cycle without dependence on the market's mood. That capital base is matched by an institutional way of working. From our Swiss Riviera base — with a competency centre in Hungary, dedicated near-shore capability hubs and a business-development presence in the Netherlands — TriNova originates and structures opportunities across the Benelux and the wider European institutional market: acquisitions, developments, joint ventures and management mandates, appraised, structured and negotiated with rigour, with every commitment decided and executed centrally by the group's management. We build long-term partnerships with institutional and private capital — pension funds, insurers, sovereign and family capital, private equity and credit providers — through joint ventures, club structures and programmatic partnerships; and we bring our hospitality and applied-AI practices into every mandate, pairing hotel and mixed-use expertise with data-driven market intelligence. Creating value is only half the work — protecting it is the other. TriNova operates to the requirements of its home commune and canton, Montreux and the Canton de Vaud, and to Swiss federal law; and where European rules set a stricter bar, we apply the higher standard rather than the minimum.
Operated in line with Canton de Vaud commercial and trade requirements and the expectations of the Commune of Montreux — a genuine Swiss Riviera presence, represented accurately.

Behind every well-run property is administration done properly. TriNova runs the development-project and business-process work owners and investors would rather not carry themselves — renovation and real-estate development project management, reporting and reconciliations, invoicing and payments, supplier and OTA coordination, document handling and structured customer-excellence support — delivered to one Swiss standard from our near-shore capability hubs. Standardised, well-documented and built to scale without adding headcount.
TriNova AI & Advisory
We are data-driven, automated and digital-first by necessity — it is how we run premium operations at a Swiss standard. We built that capability for ourselves first, automating the work behind property, finance and hospitality, and we now bring it to Swiss and international enterprises and mid-market firms as a full AI & Advisory practice: we advise at board and C-suite level, and then we build the thing.
The practice is strongest where the work is document-heavy and regulated — M&A carve-outs and TSA management, contract operations, and GxP/GDPR-compliant pharma and finance workflows. Engagements are senior and deliberately short: board and operating-model advisory, executive workshops and AI hackathons, fixed-scope Agentic AI Opportunity Assessments, and production builds — AI agents, agent orchestration, connectors into your SAP, Salesforce and Veeva estate, and custom AI-enabled software — each proven in-house at TriNova before we deliver it to you.
