TriNova Helvetic Group
Last updated 13 July 2026.
This notice explains how TriNova Helvetic Group ("TriNova", "we") handles personal data collected through this website. We process personal data in line with the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The controller for the processing described here is TriNova Helvetic Group Kft., contactable at info@trinovahelveticgroup.ch. Full registered-entity details are set out in our Impressum.
| Contact enquiries | When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, organisation (optional) and message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent / steps taken at your request prior to a possible engagement. |
| Documents you upload | Files you attach to the contact form, or the CV/cover letter and details you submit through the partner-application form, are used only to handle your enquiry or assess a potential independent partnership. By uploading, you confirm you are entitled to share the file and any third-party personal data it contains. Legal basis: your consent / pre-contract steps. |
| Spam protection | The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes limited technical data to distinguish humans from bots. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in securing the form. |
| Web fonts | Typography is served via Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when the page loads. Legal basis: legitimate interest in consistent presentation. |
| Hosting & delivery | The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure and delivered via Cloudflare; standard server/security logs (e.g. IP address, timestamp) are processed to operate and protect the service. |
| Team information | We publish the names, roles, professional backgrounds and photographs of members of our team and partnership, with their consent, to present the organisation. |
| Partner area | The forthcoming Partner Connect area lets approved partners sign in with a Microsoft 365 account and upload documents. We process the sign-in identity and the documents provided, solely to operate the partnership. Legal basis: performance of the partnership agreement / legitimate interest. |
We share personal data only with service providers acting as our processors — Microsoft (Microsoft 365 / Graph, used to deliver form messages to our mailbox), Cloudflare (security, delivery, Turnstile), Microsoft Azure (hosting) and Google (fonts) — and, where relevant to your enquiry or application, with the independent TriNova partners handling it, including our competency centre in Hungary and partners in our near-shore hubs in Morocco and Madagascar. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Some providers, and some of our independent partners (notably in Morocco and Madagascar, which do not benefit from an EU/Swiss adequacy decision), may process data outside Switzerland/the EEA. Where they do, we put appropriate safeguards in place — such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (with the Swiss addendum where relevant) — and a copy is available on request.
Contact-enquiry data and any uploaded files are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, then deleted. Partner-application data (including CVs and cover letters) is kept only for the duration of the assessment and a reasonable period after, then deleted, unless a partnership proceeds. Team information is kept while the individual works with TriNova and removed on request or when the collaboration ends.
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email info@trinovahelveticgroup.ch. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or your local supervisory authority.
We may update this notice; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
