This is an independent, self-employed engagement for a registered sole proprietor, provided under an independent services agreement. It is not an offer of employment, and nothing on this page creates an employment relationship, a fixed salary, fixed hours, or an obligation of exclusivity. You remain your own principal, invoice for your services, and organise your own working methods. As an independent contractor you are solely responsible for your own business registration, taxes and social-security contributions in your country of residence, and you warrant that you are genuinely self-employed and not economically dependent on TriNova.
About the engagement
TriNova Helvetic Group runs Swiss Riviera hospitality, real estate and business services to one shared Swiss standard. We collaborate with independent specialists who represent a strategic key account end to end and who are comfortable using everyday AI tools to work faster and more accurately. This engagement is delivered remotely from our near-shore capability hub in Morocco.
Scope of services
As an independent specialist you would provide customer-excellence and AI-enabled operations services for a strategic key account, including:
- Guest and customer relations across email, chat and phone, to a defined quality standard.
- OTA and listing management — accuracy, availability, rates and content upkeep.
- Coordinating housekeeping and operations with on-the-ground partners.
- Reservations, case handling and structured follow-up using CRM and shared playbooks.
- Everyday AI tools to draft, summarise and streamline the work (no coding required).
- Clear, well-documented reporting on service levels and outcomes.
Who This Suits
- A registered self-employed professional running your own practice.
- Two or more years in customer service, hospitality operations or a related field.
- Excellent written and spoken communication and a genuine service mindset.
- Comfort with digital tools (CRM, collaboration suites) and openness to AI-assisted working.
- Reliable remote working setup — your own computer and internet connection.
Languages
Professional French and English (C1/C2). Additional languages such as German are welcome.
How we work together
You deliver the agreed outcomes to a shared Swiss standard, using our common methodology, best-practice playbooks and tools. You decide how and when you work, you may serve other clients, and you use your own equipment. TriNova defines the outcome and quality bar, not day-to-day supervision. Fees are agreed in advance and settled against your invoices under an independent services agreement.
